01One movement, two game actions
Lowering lets the hero duck under the barrel. Rising lets him collect coins along the path. A repetition counts after a full high, low, high cycle, so the action on screen follows your movement rather than a button press.
02Pick the length of your run
Choose 5, 8, 12 or 20 push-ups before starting, or let your program pick for you. Each option gives a clear finish to the session, whether you want a brief active break or a longer set. Play at your own pace, and take on your city’s leaderboard whenever you want to.
03A workout game with no controller or equipment
No controller, no dumbbells, no wearable: your iPhone, a little floor space and your arms are all you need. REP RUSH belongs to the family of exergames, video games you play by moving, but it focuses on one exercise everyone knows: the push-up. A game lasts a few minutes, at home, at the office or on the road.
04Explore beyond the rep count
Every push-up earns a trophy, and each new league, from Bronze to Challenger, opens one of nine arenas, from the First Rain Trail to the Phoenix Court. Coins, chests and the end-of-game summary turn your reps into a visible adventure. In-game progress is not a measurement of physical fitness.
05Who is this push-up game for?
For anyone who finds push-ups boring, wants a short home routine or loves progression games. Challenges start at 5 push-ups: you don’t need to be athletic to start a game, or to aim for 100 push-ups a day.
06Your phone is the controller
Set your iPhone in a stable position, keep your face in view and calibrate your high and low positions. Camera images are processed on the device; REP RUSH does not record or transmit them. Leave enough room to move and stop if an exercise hurts.
