Keep your face visible, improve the lighting and recalibrate a comfortable high and low position. You can prop the iPhone against a wall with its screen facing you, or place it flat below your face with the screen upwards. Check Camera permission in iOS Settings.
On the REP RUSH access screen, tap “Restore purchases” using the Apple Account that made the purchase. If access does not return, close and reopen the app, then retry. Check your Apple subscription status before buying again.
